2. Delivery Scope

Services offered by METTANEX generally consist of software, digital products, AI solutions, consulting, integration, installation, maintenance, subscriptions, and similar digital services.

Accordingly, delivery is carried out through one of the following methods, depending on the nature of the purchased product or service:

  • Provisioning of a user account or panel access,
  • Activation of access to software or digital services,
  • Notification via email,
  • Initiation of a project, consulting, or integration service,
  • Initiation of remote access, meetings, or technical setup processes as per the service scope.

Where no physical product is sold, no courier delivery process applies.

3. Delivery Timeframe

The delivery time of the purchased digital product, subscription, or service may vary based on the scope of the service.

For ready-to-use digital products, memberships, or subscription services, access is activated as soon as possible after payment confirmation.

For installation, integration, custom software development, consulting, or project-based services, delivery time is determined separately based on the service scope, technical requirements, and the agreement between the parties.

In cases where additional information, documents, access permissions, or technical approvals are required from the user to initiate the service, the delivery period begins once all necessary information has been provided in full.

4. Delivery Fee

No shipping fee applies to digital products and services.

However, additional charges may apply for custom installation, on-site support, integration, consulting, additional development, or special service requests. Such additional fees are communicated to the user during the purchase or quotation process.

5. Cancellation Conditions

After a purchase has been completed, a cancellation request may be evaluated only if the service has not yet started and no user-specific work has been carried out.

A cancellation request may not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The service has been initiated with the user’s approval,
  • The user account, panel access, or subscription access has been activated,
  • Custom software development, installation, integration, or consulting work for the user has begun,
  • The user has started using the digital product or service,
  • For project-based services, the planning, analysis, design, development, or technical work has begun.

6. Return Conditions

Refund requests are evaluated based on the nature of the purchased product or service.

For digital products, software, subscriptions, consulting, and project-based services, the right of return may be limited once the service has begun to be delivered, access has been activated, or user-specific work has been performed.

For a refund request to be evaluated, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request must be submitted in writing within a reasonable period,
  • The service must not yet have started,
  • No user-specific installation, development, consulting, or integration work has been performed,
  • No digital product, subscription, or panel access has been activated,
  • The service has not been actually used.

For approved refund requests, the refund is processed via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

7. Services Excluded from Refund

Refund requests may not be accepted for the following products and services:

  • Custom-prepared software, design, integration, or consulting services,
  • Digital services initiated with the user’s approval,
  • Subscription, membership, or panel services for which access has been activated,
  • Delivered digital content, documents, reports, analyses, or software outputs,
  • Services for which installation or technical configuration has begun,
  • Project-based custom software development services,
  • Services that could not be completed due to reasons attributable to the user,
  • Products and services that cannot be refunded under applicable law.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Users qualifying as consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal under the conditions specified by applicable legislation.

However, in the case of digital products, software, subscriptions, consulting, and service provision, the right of withdrawal may be restricted or unavailable once the service starts with the consumer’s approval, the digital content becomes accessible, or user-specific work has been performed.

Accordingly, each refund and withdrawal request is evaluated individually based on the nature of the purchased product or service.

9. Notification of Defective or Incomplete Service

If the user believes that the service they purchased has been delivered outside its scope, incompletely, or defectively, they must notify our company as soon as possible.
