By accessing or using our website, software services, and/or contacting us via WhatsApp or other channels, you ("you", "user", "customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") of Mettanex Yazılım ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide AI-based communication and automation software, customer service workflows, and appointment coordination via website and WhatsApp channels. Our service usage is strictly governed by these Terms and applicable law, and you agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate and complete information when contacting us or using our website/forms.
• Use WhatsApp or other channels only after you initiate a conversation or consent to be contacted.
• Refrain from using our services for spam, unsolicited messages, or sending/distributing malicious content.
• Not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

4. WhatsApp Communication

Since we utilise the WhatsApp Business Platform, you understand that:

• All WhatsApp conversations we conduct are user-initiated — you must message us first.
• Once you initiate the conversation, we may respond, provide information, or coordinate an appointment.
• We do not send unsolicited promotional messages or start chats without your explicit request.
• Your WhatsApp messages are subject to the 24-hour service window from your last inbound message; outside this window we will only send message templates if required and if you explicitly consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our website content, software, brand name, logos, and services remain with Mettanex Yazılım or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer & Liability

Our services are provided "as-is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services, unless mandatory by applicable law.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Effective Date". Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ankara, Türkiye.
